Between Dec 2016 and today (the "Off Season"), 343 homes have joined the Rehoboth Beach market and 44 homes have gone under contract. These are pretty good numbers considering that winter is generally a slow time of year at the beach for real estate.

Everything is a little more calm and quiet in Rehoboth Beach in the off-season. Granted, Jungle Jims Waterpark isn't open, but the Tanger Outlets are! New Construction Home builders are hungry for your eyes and foot traffic through their beautiful models. Local shops and restaurants such as Pickled Pig Pub and Big Fish Grille are hungry for you, too, Winter and early spring can be very lean months for their sales.
