With the new year off to a great start, we at Rehoboth Beach Realty Group are predicting that the spring season of 2017 is going to be a hot market in Rehoboth Beach! 

Between Dec 2016 and today (the "Off Season"), 343 homes have joined the Rehoboth Beach market and 44 homes have gone under contract. These are pretty good numbers considering that winter is generally a slow time of year at the beach for real estate.
